Refund Policy
After receiving your information, we will contact you shortly with a final price quote and confirm availability for your requested date and time.
Once you receive our quote, if you would like to book your event, a $500 or 50% deposit, which ever is smaller, is required to reserve your desired Date and Time. The remaining amount is due at the event. Remember, only when you pay your deposit and receive a confirmation from Hidden Oak BBQ, is your event officially booked and reserved.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your event, you may receive a full refund of your deposit if canceled before14 days of your event. For cancellations less than 14 days, NONE of the deposit will be refunded.
