After receiving your information, we will contact you shortly with a final price quote and confirm availability for your requested date and time.
Once you receive our quote a 50% deposit is required to reserve your desired Date and Time. The remaining 50% is due at the event. Remember, only when you pay your deposit and receive a confirmation from Hidden Oak BBQ, is your event officially booked and reserved.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your event, you may receive a full refund of your deposit if canceled within 7 days of your event. For cancellations less than 7 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of your deposit applies (resulting in only a 50% refund of your deposit).
Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 72 hours before your event, NONE of the deposit will be refunded.
